The Job Coach impacts deliverables in two ways. First, they help our Associates with autism perform at a high level of productivity and accuracy. The Job Coach will work 1:1 with individuals with autism to help them learn new skills, be successful in a professional office environment, and provide quality deliverables to our clients. Secondly, the Job Coach will be part of a team, helping to support the organization and processing of deliverables.
