Dave Friedman

David founded AutonomyWorks in 2012 to create meaningful employment opportunities for people with autism and to demonstrate the value they bring to business. He served as CEO for 13 years, guiding the company's growth and building a strong foundation for its future. As Founder, he continues to support the company's mission and growth by focusing on client partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Before launching AutonomyWorks, David spent 25 years helping leading retail and consumer organizations build brands through customer experience -- digitally, online, and in-store. He served as President, Marketing for Sears Holdings, where he led customer and supplier loyalty programs, branding, market research, advertising, public relations, and creative services.

Earlier, David was president, Americas at Razorfish, one of the world's largest digital marketing and technology companies, where he directed operations in North and South America and built the firm's marketing process outsourcing business. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

David holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University.
