Lee Goldstein is the Director of Team Operations at AutonomyWorks, dedicated to ensuring our Associate Teams produce high-quality deliverables for our valued clients. With extensive experience in operational practices, Lee is committed to maintaining the efficiency of AW by leveraging our systems and processes. His emphasis on continual improvement is crucial as AW continues to expand and take on exciting new projects. Lee is a strong advocate for professional coaching, which he uses to develop our Lead Team and drive them to achieve exceptional results. His inspiration to help the AW team reach new heights comes from his involvement in not-for-profit board service and his active mentorship of a first-generation college-bound high school student. In his personal life, Lee is in his fourth year of a musical renaissance, playing the trumpet in three different ensembles in the Chicago area. Lee and his wife Bekah are incredibly proud of their three children: two are now in the working world, and one is a sophomore at the University of Missouri studying Marketing.
