The Client:

Chicago Booth is the second oldest business school in the US. It is consistently ranked among the top business schools in the world.

Client Need:

Chicago Booth was upgrading to a new content management system across all of its major external websites. The current data was spread across multiple existing sites and content management systems making automated conversion impractical. Booth was looking for a partner to convert content from existing sites into the new content management system.

AW Solution:

AutonomyWorks converted content for five web properties – Alumni Clubs, Blogs, Intranet, Chicago Booth Magazine, and Selected Papers. The content was provided in a wide range of formats, including live web pages, PDF documents, and office documents and included images, videos, graphs, charts, and equations. AutonomyWorks cleaned the data and resized images, loaded content and images into the new content management system, edited formatting and HTML to ensure alignment with the new style guide, and validated the pages. After user review, we updated the pages with new and revised content and styling.

Results:

AutonomyWorks has converted more than 1,500 pages and 1,000 images into the new systems.
